Popular with British families, the tourist resort of Oludeniz is a choice beach destination in south-west Turkey. The town is renowned for its fantastic blue-flag beach and safe waters, fantastic hotels and apartments and although it has a degree of nightlife, is not regarded as a party destination.
It’s all about the beach here, with water sports activities especially popular in the protected lagoon. As you descend into the town from the surrounding green hills, the lagoon views are stunning. In addition to the beaches, the paragliding is some of the best in the world and goes off the Babadag Mountain.
Watch the sunset at one of the bars on the seafront, or spend the night out clubbing in the village of Hisaronu (4 km from Oludeniz)
